When I googled “speech evaluation checklist,” I got all kinds of stuff from Toastmasters, but very little was out there for teachers and students. So I thought it might be a good idea to post my own speech evaluation checklist. That way other teachers, like me, will have easy access to it.

I’m Chelly Wood, and although I’ve taught English/language arts for 20+ years, I also moonlight as a YA novelist.
